Audrey Stapleton matched her career-high with 18 points on 8-of-16 shooting from the field overall, including one 3-pointer and one free throw in Slippery Rock's loss at Bloomsburg University Jan. 3. Defensively, Stapleton made a career-best three steals. On the season, Stapleton is the only player in the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region, which consists of schools from the PSAC, Mountain East Conference and the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association, that is currently shooting at least 50 percent from the field, 48 percent from 3-point range and 80 percent from the foul line.
