West earned her first career first team All-America honor of the outdoor season with an eighth place finish in the high jump at the NCAA Division II National Championships. It marks her second career All-America finish after placing eighth at indoor nationals her freshman year. She cleared an outdoor personal best 1.73 meters in the competition.
