Danielle Collier broke the SRU record in the javelin that had stood since 2004 when she won the event with an NCAA automatic qualifying mark of 50.72 meters at the Bill Lennox Invite. She currently ranks second in Division II in the event and is guaranteed a trip to the National Championships.
