2019 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the mile, 3,000-meters and distance medley relay, placing sixth in the mile with a time of 4:26.63 and third in the distance medley relay with a time of 10:22.92 … Competed in the mile at the prestigious GVSU Big Meet, running a career-best and placed 49th with a time of 4:20.63 … Finished third and hit a career-high in the 800-meters at the Al Hall Freedom Games with a time of 2:00.65 … placed fifth in the mile at the YSU Mid-Major Invite with a time of 4:22.17 … Finished fifth in the 3,000-meter at the YSU Icebreaker with a time of 8:52.95.
2018 (XC): Competed in five meets … Was one of Slippery Rock’s top five finishers in four races … Ran a season-best 8k time of 27:58.2 at the SRU Pre-National Meet to place 138th out of 305 runners and serve as The Rock’s second finisher … Turned in a 39th-place showing at the PSAC Championships with a time of 28:38.0 … Was The Rock’s top finisher at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships, narrowly missing out on all-region honors by just one place after completing the 10k course in 36:20.3 to come in 26th place.
