2021 (Outdoor): Competed at seven meets, primarily taking part in the 400-meter hurdles … Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meter hurdles and as a member of The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team … Placed sixth at the conference championships in the 400-meter hurdles with a season-best time of 56.94 seconds … Earned victories in the 400-meter hurdles at both the SRU Invitational (59.09 seconds) and the Penn State Behrend Invite (57.37 seconds) … Opened season by taking second in the 400-meter hurdles at the Dave Labor Invitational with a time of 57.92 seconds … Recorded a pair of third-place finishes at the Bill Lennox Invitational in the 400-meter hurdles (57.99 seconds) and as part of SRU’s 4x400-meter relay team (3:34.04) … Helped The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team to a victory in a time of 3:29.83 at the Mountain Cat Last Chance Meet ... 2019 (Outdoor): Competed in eight meets … Recorded three new PR’s in the 100-meter dash (11.97 seconds), 400-hurdles (56.73 seconds), and 800-meter run (1:59.67) … Reached the podium at the PSAC Outdoor Championships in the 4x800-meter relay with a fifth-place finish … Recorded five PSAC marks and two top-three finishes in 2019 ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2019 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 4x800, placing fifth as a part of The Rock’s 4x800 team with a time of 8:09.32 … Finished second at the Al Hall Freedom Games in the 800-meters (2:00.64) … Ran a career-best in the 800-meters with a time of 1:59.67 at the YSU Mid-Major Invite … Finished third at the Edinboro Open in the 800-meters with a time of 1:59.92.

2018 (Outdoor): Competed in nine meets … Took first place at the SRU Open in the 400H with a time of 48.20 … Helped Slippery Rock place second in the 4x400-meter relay at the Westminster Invite with a time of 3:23.16 … Placed fourth in the 400H at the Cal U Early Bird with a time of 57.69 ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2017-18 (Indoor): Competed in five meets ... Placed third at the Edinboro Invite in the 800m (2:01.66) ... Participated in two events at the PSAC Indoor Championships ... Posted career-bests in the 200m (24.67) and the 400m (54.10) at the Al Hall Freedom Games.
