2019 (Outdoor): Competed in seven meets … Compiled a new PR in the 100-meter dash at the Cal U Early Bird Open at 11.27 seconds … Recorded a first-place finish as part of the 4x400-meter relay team at the State Farm Friends of Track & Field Mountaineer Showcase at 3:26.48 … Recorded a PSAC mark in the 200-meter dash at the Coastal Carolina Invitational with a 22.40 second mark … Had five top-ten finishes (three being in the top-five).

2019 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meters and as a part of The Rock’s 4x400 team, placing 19th in the 400-meters with a time of 51.61 seconds … Competed in both the 200 meter and the 4x400 in the prestigious GVSU Big Meet, finishing sixth as a part of The Rock’s 4x400 team (3:18.09) and 26th in the 200-meter (22.83) … Came in first as a part of The Rock’s 4x400 team at the YSU Mid-Major Invite with a time of 3:19.32 … Finished second in the 400-meters (51.25 seconds) and third as a part of The Rock’s 4x400 team (3:30.44) at the Al Hall Freedom Games … Ran a career-best and finished eighth in the 60-meters (7.22 seconds) and fourth in the 200-meters (22.87 seconds) at the Edinboro Open.

2018 (Outdoor): Competed in five meets … Registered only one finish outside of the top 10 between the 200m and 400m … Also was a key component of The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay squad … Set career-best marks in the 200m (21.79) and the 400m (50.19) … Placed first in the Behrend Open in the 200m with a time of 22.48 … Placed second in the 400m with a time of 52.37 … Helped The Rock take sixth at the Westminster Invite in the 4x400 with a time of 3:29.48.

2017-18 (Indoor): Competed in six meets … Member of the All-PSAC 4x400meter relay team ... Tallied a career-best in the 200m at the YSU invite with a time of 22.12 … Ran a career-high in the 400m at the YSU Invite … Helped The Rock finish second in the 4x400m at the YSU Invite with a time of 3:18.60 … Also placed fourth in the 200m and 400m at the YSU Invite with times of 22.12 and 49.60, respectively … Aided in a third-place finish in the 4x400m for The Rock in the PSAC Indoor T&F Championships with a time of 3:20.39 … Finished fourth in the PSAC Championships in the 200m with a time of 22.22.
