2018 (Outdoor): Competed in nine meets … Earned All-PSAC honors in the 200m dash … Posted a career best in the PSAC Championships in the 100m with a time of 10.83 … Also posted a career-best in the 200m at the PSAC Championships with a time of 21.57 … Helped The Rock place first in the 4x100-meter relay at the Ashland Open with a time of 41.52 … Also helped SRU place first in the 4x100 at the Behrend Open with a time of 41.89 … Placed third at the PSAC Championships in the 200m with a time of 21.94 ... 2017-18 (Indoor): Competed in seven meets … Placed in the top 10 in all but one of his events … Earned All-PSAC honors in the 4x400 meter relay and the 200-meter dash … Recorded career-bests in the 60m and the 400m dashes during the season … Placed first in the 60m dash and the 200m dash at the Edinboro Invite.

2016 (Outdoor): Competed in eight meets ... Ran on the Runner-Up 4x400-meter relay team at the PSAC Championships (3:15.57) … Part of the 4x100-meter relay team that finished fourth (41.86) at the Championships … Also placed sixth in the 100-meter dash (10.92) and seventh in the 200-meter dash (22.45) to help lead The Rock men’s team to a second place finish at the PSAC Championships … Won the 100-meter dash (11:00) and 200-meter dash (22.78) at the Dave Labor Invite ... 2015-16 (Indoor): Competed in six meets ... Part of the PSAC Championship team that won the 4x400-meter relay in 3:17.83 … Also placed fifth in the 60-meter dash (7.02) to help The Rock men’s team finish second at the PSAC Championships …  Took first in the 200-meter dash at the Al Hall Freedom Games (22.44) … Ran career-best times of 7.00 in the 60-meter dash and 22.13 in the 200-meter dash at the SPIRE Midwest Open.       

High School: Letter four times in outdoor track & field and two times in indoor ... Was an All-Region WPIAL athlete and competed in states.
