2019-20 (Indoor): Competed at six meets … Played a critical role in leading The Rock to a team PSAC title … Took part in three races at the PSAC Championships, leading SRU to a victory in the 4x800-meter relay (9:26.60) while individually placing third in the mile (5:00.98) to earn all-conference recognition in the event and fourth in the 800-meters (2:17.78) … Mile time at the PSAC Championships was a season-best … Clocked a season-best 800-meter time of 2:16.14 to place fourth at the Doug Raymond National Qualifier … Earned a pair of wins at the Al Hall Freedom Games in the 800-meters (2:16.81) and the mile (5:07.00) … Also produced third-place showings in the mile at both the YSU Mid-Major Invite (5:10.47) and the YSU Icebreaker (5:14.85) … A USTFCCCA All-Region honoree ... 2019 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 800-meter and the distance medley relay, placing first in the distance medley relay with a time of 12:09.43 and placing third in the 800-meter with a time of 2:19.33 … Competed in the prestigious GVSU Big Meet in the mile, placing 41st and hitting a career-best with a time of 5:12.24 … Placed first in both the mile (5:17.82) and as a part of The Rock’s 4x800 team (10:35.76) at the Al Hall Freedom Games … Came in fifth and hit a career-high in the 800-meter with a time of 2:18.18 at the YSU Mid-Major Invite … Finished sixth in the mile with a time of 5:21.55 at the YSU Icebreaker … Placed seventh in the 800 meter with a time of 2:20.02 at the YSU Invite.

2018 (Outdoor): Helped lead The Rock’s 4x800-meter relay team to a third place finish (9:25.00) to earn all-conference honors at the PSAC Championships … Also qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 800-meters, placing 13th in 2:21.65 … Recorded two top-10 finishes in the 800-meters, placing sixth at the Cal U Early Bird Invite (2:22.53) and ninth at the Ashland Alumni Open (2:23.08) … Also placed sixth in the 1,500-meters at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (5:15.65) and seventh in the 400-meters at the SRU Open (1:03.79) ... 2017-18 (Indoor): Helped lead The Rock’s 4x800-meter relay team to a second-place finish at the PSAC Championships to earn all-conference honors with a team time of 9:31.05 … Also qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 800-meters, placing 13th in 2:23.73 … Finished third in the 800-meters at the Al Hall Freedom Games with a time of 2:24.91 … Recorded another top-10 finish in the 800-meters by coming in eighth at 2:24.36 at the Youngstown State Icebreaker … Just missed top-10 honors with an 11th-place finish in the 800-meters at the YSU Mid-Major Invite (2:24.00).
