2019 (XC): Ran in six races … Competed in the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships, finishing with a career-best time and as The Rock’s fourth runner at 23:19.7 … Competed in the PSAC Championships, finishing as Slippery Rock’s fifth runner with a time of 24:19.6 … Finished as SRU’s fourth runner at the Lock Haven University Invitational at 23:44.7 … Placed 17th at Bill Lennox Invitational with a time of 25:00.5 … Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors.

2019 (Outdoor): Competed in four meets … Recorded a new PR in the 10K (43:12.18) and the 5K (19:52.86) … Added a top-ten finish in the 5K at the Dave Labor Invitational with a 20:18.26 mark ... PSAC Scholar Althlete. 

2019 (Indoor): Placed third in the 5,000-meters with a time of 20:16.04 at the Edinboro Open … Finished 10th while recording a career-best time in the mile (5:53.60) at the Al Hall Freedom Games … Also hit a career-best time in the 5,000-meters with a 20:06.08 showing at the YSU Mid-Major Invite.

2018 (XC): Competed in five races … Placed a season-best 17th at the Bill Lennox/SRU Invite with a time of 27:40.4 … Recorded a career-best time of 24:26.3 at the LHU Invite placing 79th … Concluded her season at the PSAC Championships placing 108th with a time of 27:43.8

2018 (Outdoor): Competed primarily in the 5,000-meters … Top 5,000-meter time was a 20:11.38 showing at the Cal U Early Bird Invitational (25th place) … Ended year by placing 15th at the Ashland Alumni Open with a time of 20:30.15 ... A PSAC Scholar-Athlete.
