2019-20 (Indoor): Took part in one meet, running the 400-meters at the YSU Icebreaker in 1:02.52 on the way to a 31st place finish ... PSAC Scholar Athlete. 

2019 (Outdoor): Competed in six meets … Recorded two new PR’s coming in the 400-meter dash at 1:00.16 and the 200-meter dash at 26.85 seconds … Had six top-ten finishes (four of them being top-five) … Compiled two PSAC marks ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2019 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meters, placing 14th with a personal-best time of 1:00.56 … Finished third in the 400-meters with a time of 1:00.58 at the Edinboro Open … Chalked up a third-place finish as a part of The Rock’s 4x400 team with a time of 4:09.83 and sixth in the 400-meters with a time of 1:01.57 at the Al Hall Freedom Games.

2018 (Outdoor): Competed in the 400-meters and the 400-meter hurdles … Posted a season-best time in the 400-meter hurdles at the Coastal Carolina Invitational, placing 10th in 1:10.38 … Also competed in the hurdles at the Shamrock Invitational, finishing the race in 1:11.32 to place 21st … Turned in a season-best time in the 400-meters of 1:03.06 at the Ashland Alumni Open to finish 12th … Placed ninth in the 400-meters at the SRU Open in 1:04.25 ... A PSAC Scholar-Athlete.

2017-18 (Indoor): Competed at four meets primarily in the 400-meters … Turned in two top-five finishes by placing second at the Al Hall Freedom Games (1:02.33) and at the Edinboro Invite (1:01.10) … Also placed 14th at the Youngstown State Icebreaker after turning in a time of 1:01.40.  

2017 (Outdoor): Competed in eight meets ... Had five top-ten finishes (with one being top-five) ... Recorded a season-best time of 13.61 in the 100m to place ninth at the Dave Labor Invitational ... Helped SRU place fourth in the 4x1 with a time of 51.67 at the Dave Labor Invitational ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2016-17 (Indoor): Competed in five meets ... Had three top-ten finishes (with one being top-five) ... Recorded a season-best time of 27.90 in the 200m at the SPIRE Midwest Indoor T&F Open ... Recorded a season-best time of 1:01.96 in the 400m at the SPIRE Midwest Indoor T&F Open ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.
