2017 (Outdoor): Competed in eight meets ... Had five top-ten finishes (with two being top-five) ... Placed first in the 3000S with a time of 11:48.51 at the Trojan Challenge ... Placed seventh in the 3000S with a time of 11:47.89 at the PSAC Championships ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2016-17 (Indoor): Competed in five meets ... Had two top-ten finishes (with one being a first place finish) ... Placed first in the 5000m with a time of 19:35.30 (career-best) at the Edinboro Invitational ... Helped SRU place seventh in the DMR with a time of 12:57.75 at the PSAC Championships ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2016 (Outdoor): Competed in six events ... Had three top-ten finishes with two being in the 3000 Steeple and one in the 1500m ... Placed 17th in the 3000 Steeple with a time of 12:32.78 at the PSAC Championships ... Best time of the season was at the Raleigh Relays, where she placed 31st with a time of 11:56.18. 

2015-16 (Indoor): Competed in five events ... Recorded personal bests in the 800m (2:25.70) and the 5000m (19:40.25) ... Helped SRU place eighth in the 4x800m relay with a time of 9:41.28 at the PSAC Championships. 

2015 (XC): Ran in six meets ... Opened the season with a 15th place showing at the Doug Watts Distance Gala 5K (20:16.2) ... SRU's third runner at the Atlantic Regional meet (33rd - 22:25.2) ... Was 44th at the PSAC Championships with a time of 23:59.5. 

2015 (Outdoor): Earned All-Region honors in the 3,000m Steeplechase ... Qualifed for PSAC Championships in the 3000m Steeple and placed fourth with a personal best time of 11:26.34 ... Had five top-ten finishes ... Was second in the 3000m Steeple at the Dave Labor Invite (12:05.66) and the Coastal Carolina Invite (11:46.80). 

2014-15 (Indoor): Competed in the PSAC Championships and helped the 4x800m relay team to a 7th place finish (10:00.69) ... Ran a season best time at the YSU Indoor Invite in the mile (24th - 5:42.20) and a career best time at the Youngstown State National Invite in the 3000m (30th - 11:03.32).

2014 (XC): Ran in six meets ... Slippery Rock's third runner at the Atlantic Regional meet (54th - 24:41.2) ... Third SRU finisher at the PSAC Championships (54th - 23:28.1) ... Second SRU runner at the Don Cathcart Invite with a season best time of 22:50.6 to place 12th. 

2014 (Outdoor): Ran in seven meets ... Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 3000m steeple chase and placed 19th (12:08.19) ... Reached a personal best in the 3000 Steeple at Coastal Carolina Invitational (11:55.07).

2013-14 (Indoor): Competed in six meets ... Reached a personal best in the 800m (2:36.11) at the YSU Icebreaker and in the Mile (5:23.10) at the YSU National Invitational.

2013 (XC): Competed in five races ... Finished 18th overall at the Mack Cooper Classic (25:21.01) ... Finished 69th at Lock Haven (24:04.40) ... Was 23rd at the SRU Invite (25:51.99).

High School: A four time letter winner in both cross country and outdoor track at Perryville High School ... 3x All-County in both cross country and track ... Finished seventh in Maryland 1A States for cross country.
