2018 (Outdoor): Earned All-PSAC honors as a member of The Rock’s second-place 4x400 relay team at the league championships … Also qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meter hurdles, finishing 13th at 1:08.23 … Produced six top-10 finishes in the 400-meter hurdles, placing second at the Behrend Open (1:05.92), third at the Cal U Early Bird Invite (1:05.88), fourth at the Gator Invite (1:06.95), fifth at the Ashland Alumni Open (1:06.07), fifth at the SRU Open (1:13.26) and eighth at the Westminster Invitational (1:05.95) ... A PSAC Scholar-Athlete.

2017-18 (Indoor): Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400-meter dash and as a member of The Rock’s 4x400-meter relay team … Helped lead SRU to a 4x400 conference title with a time of 3:55.48 while also placing 13th in the individual 400-meters with a time of 59.84 seconds … Took second place in the 200-meter dash at the Edinboro Invite (26.68 seconds) and third at the Al Hall Freedom Games (27.15 seconds) … Finished in ninth place in the 400-meters at the YSU Icebreaker with a time of 59.95 seconds.

2017 (Outdoor): Competed in nine meets ... Had 11 top-ten finishes (with nine being top-five) ... Recorded a career-best time of 1:04.52 in the 400H at the Bison Outdoor Classic ... Helped SRU place fourth in the 4x4 with a time of 3:55.05 at the PSAC Championships ... Recorded a time of 1:04.63 in the 400H at the PSAC Championships ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2016-17 (Indoor): Competed in six meets ... Had four top-ten finishes (with two being top-five) ... Placed eighth in the 60m with a time of 8.24 at the Edinboro Invitational ... Helped SRU place first in the 4x4 with a time of 3:55.63 at the PSAC Championships ... PSAC Scholar Athlete.

2016 (Outdoor): Competed in eight meets ... Had four top-ten finishes ... Placed second in the 400H at the SRU Last Chance Meet ... Qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400H ... PSAC Scholar Athlete ... A Division II Athletics Directors Association academic achievement award recipient.

2015-16 (Indoor): Competed in seven meets ... Recorded personal bests in the 400m (59.55), 500m (1:19.86), and the 600m (1:40.31) ... Had seven top-ten finishes (four were team events) ... Helped SRU place second in the 4x400 Relay at the PSAC Championships ... Also qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 400m.
